- The valet staff had no idea how to deal with my "pre paid" status - and it therefore required me to enter the garage with a regular ticket as well. Then when it was time to leave, the only way to get the gate arm to open was to honk and honk until someone came to open it manually, because it had no way of knowing Ihad paid ahead of time. Note: as I walked back in to the garage when i was getting ready to leave, i alerted the valets that i would be coming to the gate shortly, and would need help to leave. This did not seem to speed up the process or save me the hassle involved.
