 - First of all, the valet at Brookfield on Liberty Street was a completely disrespectful ***hole, who treated us like we were putting him out in every way possible. The valet attendant didn't tell us where the garage is located or how to get our car back after hours. He left before we returned to get our car. Would have been nice to know the hours of operations. We made a $20 reservation, good for 2 1/2 hrs, placed through Parking.com an SP Plus service which was a huge mistake for all the headaches it caused. Turned out the valet either didn't check us in properly or the Brookfield parking lot attendants were just trying to pull a fast one to get more money out of us as they wanted an additional $35 to get our car back. Don't use the Brookfield Curbside Valet or Parking.com -- they will rip you off. If you're visiting Lower Manhattan like Battery Park or the 9/11 Memorial, etc. street parking is way cheaper (and safer), if you can find it.
