WORST CAR PARK AND RUDE STAFF WHO HAVE NO MANNERS!!
I paid for my ticket 5min before the validation time and they demanded that I pay £6 even though I was within my rights. I called the help number and both members of staff, NIKHIL, AND A FEMALE were absolutely rude and were shouting at me on the phone. The two staff members had lied about their job roles claiming they were managers of the car park. The staff is incredibly rude and a money-making game. They did not let me leave even though I was well within my rights to validate the ticket in advance. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR PARK!!!! THE STAFF NEEDS TRAINING ASAP.
