- Very bad experience. My outside mirror was broken during the parking of three days. They did not notify me and I only discovered it when I was driving home late at night from the parking. When next day I called, they told me to send an email. I have sent several emails and a letter, and there is no reply what soever. I know I cannot prove it happened at the parking, but some reply out of customer service would have been the least I would have expected from a customer service oriented company.
