- My family and I visited New York on November 30th. While looking for a good spot to park, we simply happened to see this garage by chance as we were seeking a parking lot closer to Holland Tunnel.
When we arrived at the lot, we met with a very welcoming attendant, who was very courteous and sincere. From the time we left our car with him to the pick up hour, I was very impressed with this attendant's positive and caring attitude, which, to my whole family and me, was a pleasant surprise. The parking lot is nicely located and well lit. I actually felt safe parking here. The name of the attendant is Akram and I will say this...it is solely because of his professionalism that I will make all attempts to park at this specific garage whenever I am in New York City. There are dime a dozen garages in the City but, with his pleasant attitude, Akram has won me and my family over! We all felt the same way about him. I would like to congratulate Garage Management LLC on one of their finest associates.
