 - DON'T PARK HERE. They don't provide parking rates and then they charge you nearly $50 if you are there longer than an hour and a half. They will claim the parking rates are there online in your account once you scan the QR code at the lot, but they aren't. And at that point, you're already parked, so they will rip you off and take your money just for pulling in and setting up the payment to park. Just don't park here, ever.

 - Kudos to a great service. I found the ability to make a reservation in advance an extremely positive experience. I never knew this garage existed. I took my 3 year old granddaughter to the Symphony, and found the Hyatt parking garage so convenient for her to walk from there to the Schermerhorn. It was great not to have to drive around town on Veterans Day looking for a place to park. My only problem is that I am never sure what to tip the valet. It would be great if you could put a suggested amount on your web site when making reservations.
