 - I payed for parking on the day I receive my new custom plates, I changed my plates but kept old plates on car and still got 55.00$ fine. I called them to let them know I have both plates this month and they said that they wouldn't dismiss ticket because I did not have proper plates on car. They won't refund my parking but offered to let me pay 35$ instead of 55$ of the fine. I sent them pictures of proof and even called them before my parking time ended to let them know the situation. Find a more honest business to avoid scams like these. Zero stars
