- We went to the Disney on Ice Thursday night April 5th 2018. Parked on the 3rd level and it took an hour (not exaggerating). The lever was apparently not working right and instead of just keeping it up so we could get out of the garage they held us ransom for the hour. Will never recommend in fact will discourage anyone from parking in your garage again. WHAT A NIGHTMARE THAT WAS!!!! I gave the one star because I had to.
