 - Complete ripoff. I was charged $126 for 2 days and 1/2 hour. Terrible, nasty staff. Don’t try to use Spot Hero here as their scanner does not work.

 - Booked my spot on BestParking/Park Whiz. Lot was completeky full. Asked attendent for refund, and instead he had me park in an exposed area. My car got badly damaged, passanger door smashed in. The lot is claiming no replsponsibility. I am left with >$1000 in damage. I am pursuing all legal and consumer protection remedies. Your car is safer elsewhere. Never had such a bad experience in 30 + years of parking in NYC.

 - The male parking attendant, Robert, didn't accept the Spot Hero parking pass which I printed out. Kept wanting to see a email from Spothero when all the information is on the parking pass. In the end I had to pay him and then it looks like he added a 18.375% tip for a self park garage that smells like urine. Scammers. Avoid. Too far of a walk from Times Square, there are closer garages.

 - Same as the other reviews. I would add that this business seems to use deceptive practices to deliberately (in my opinion) hide their rates. Attendant would not accept coupon unless it was printed. I would posed the question "where can you find a printer in this area?" Other parking establishments accept bar codes and digital coupons on iPhones. It's clear that this place is a trap.

 - The do not post their rates clearly, it's all very shady. I've been parking here for decades when I must, but this will be the last time. I parked 11/21/18 for 2 HOURS and 45 MINUTES and they charged me $46.00!!! Attendant would not tell me what the hourly rate is, he said "it is what it is". Stay away from this lot or you'll be sorry. Next time I will go to any other lot, even tho this one is convenient to my apartment. Never again.

 - Great location but they don’t disclose their rates in clear view at the entrance to incoming patrons and there was no attendant to ask until after we parked the car. We came into the city on Sunday to see a show. Before we left the garage for the day, we asked the attendant about the cost and were told $24 for up to 12 hours. When we returned 5 1/2 hours later to get our car and pay, we were charged $45! The manager proceeded to tell us that the discounted rate didn’t apply because we didn’t arrive by 9 am, yet why did the attendant tell us this earlier. It was false advertising as far as I am concerned and the manager wouldn’t honor the rate. I will never park in this lot again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone as there are many other reputable parking lots, such as Icon Parking, that are more forthcoming and honest with the rates they charge their customers.

 - Great lot. Right off of the Lincoln Tunnel so perfect for parking in the city without driving through the city. Self park, so good for manual transmission cars. Well lit and safe.
