 - DONT PARK HERE THEY WILL HIT YOUR CAR AND NOT REPORT IT AND HAVE THEIR SO CALLED CLAIMS DEPARTMENT EMAIL THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. MY CAR HAVE BEEN HIT AROUND 6 TIMES WITHIN A YEAR. PLEASE RUN FROM THIS GARAGE!!!

 - Horrible! They changed the price of how much we were supposed to pay when we went to pick up our car. We had to pay $83 to park for three hours.

 - Had a reservation for 8:00 AM and arrived at 7:45 AM. They wanted to charge me an additional fee because I was there ahead of my reservation time. I had to pull out and go around the block and by the time I did this a line of cars had formed and I then wasn't able to park until 8:10 AM. I guess I should be entitled to a partial refund then right? This garage is the worst Icon garage I've ever encountered and will not park with this company again park here or any other Icon lot again.

 - i'm a weekly customer at this parking lot. im not a monthly but i do parked there from monday to friday. so today 02/23/2018 i was in line like always to enter the parking lot and one of the assistant came out talked to the 2 cars in front of me . so i was not aware of the situation of what was going on. apparently one of the elevator was broken, so the two cars in front of me went in and left me waiting . i waited for 20 min on line. it was passed 10 o'clock for the early bird special.the manager told the attendant to tell me that it passed 10 o'clock and i have to pay full price for today. i was upset . i told them after i waited 20 min in line u could have done my ticket like others day that they have done it. hes excuse was that i was not a monthly parking no appreciation. i would never park here again.

 - people were terrific, got our car back fairly quickly. When we arrived for our 2 p,m reservation we did have to wait 50 minutes on the street as there were no spaces to park our car when we arrived; so the question is if you have a reservation is there a benefit other than money saved?
