4162 Broadway Garage

 - I parked my car there and it was my car was clean. I picked it up the next day and it was covered in BIRD SHIT AND FEATHERS! Either there a birds living in the garage and shitting on cars or my car was driven out of the garage and shit on?! Either way it is unacceptable! I called the garage to complain and was told to call the supervisor. I called him he didnt pick up so I left a message. He never called me back. I asked for a credit toward parking or for them to wash my car and not reply. If you care about your car DO NOT PARK HERE!

 - Worst parking experience. I wish I can leave ZERO stars review. Paid ahead with Spothero we already pre-paid for $50 and they overcharged additional $100 CASH!! for two vans we had to park for a Saturday theater event next door. Worst is not even the word for this place. Very rude. Since we were close to the time of start of our event, we had to pay additional cash. I am trying to leave a negative review through Spothero, however their website does not let me do it. Don't even bother with this place even if it is the only place on earth. Terrible experience. Don't even dare to try this place.

 - We had reserved two parking spots for Friday Sep 20 and we get there and there is no parking available. My opinion is not a good way to do business
