- Normally I am not one to write reviews but the customer service here was awful! I booked a spot here for the weekend in Spot Hero from a Sat to Mon morning. Parked my car on sat and came to pick it up in sun as I was leaving early. The attendant told me I only paid for sat and asked for an additional days charge. I showed him my spot hero reservation and he refused to acknowledge it because his college wrote down the wrong date on the ticket slip. After much arguments, he basically said i have a nice car and can afford the one days charge. I have never been so taken back and I was so frustrated I paid and left.
I still don’t understand why I couldn’t pick up my car EARLIER than my actual reservation and had to pay more. Please be careful parking here.
