- Parked in this garage 4 a meeting 1 day n it became the nightmare of my life! I'd just bought a truck n put it on the road 4 days prior 2 going there. It was in mint condition! Parked in the morning n picked-up about 5pm. While walking around 2 the driver side I saw a lot of deep scratches approx. a 7"x 5" area on the driver side. The workers refused 2 give me the required form 2 fill out 4 an incident. The police came n said they're supposed 2 have the form on hand but none of us could make them give it 2 us. I'm sure this is a standard non-compliance practice there. The fake unprofessional manager, Juan Carlos told me he was busy n couldn't come 2 the site n I'd have 2 wait 2 days so he could verify on camera what happened. He never called me back! I chased him down 4 over a month with no help from even the main office that claims you should call them if there's a problem. Finally he responds n tells me the camera was broken n I should go all the way to NYC so he could see it himself. Although he looks at me n says "it's no big deal" when I emailed him a body shop quote he NEVER responded or calls me. After going through consumer affairs he refuses 2 cover the damages because he CLAIMS I can't prove that it happened in his garage n that I didn't walk around my car when I left it there n that I don't have a signed form from the employees there 2 say it happened there. PEOPLE PLEASE DON'T USE THIS GARAGE! It might be a 1 off but when that 1 is you you'll be sorry.
