- I have used your service on 06/24/19 at the 44th St. location in NYC. I was extremely unhappy with the service provided. The valet attendant broke the shift knob off of the shifter that resulted in an inability to shift. The attendant refused to apologize and told us to simply fill out a claim. We had to rent a car to go back home. Then when we filed the claim, your claim company said that it was not your attendant's fault. I hope you realize that you have lost a customer and I will tell all of my friends and post reviews online about your terrible service. It is a shame that you run a business yet you don't give a darn about your customers and their properties. Shame on you!
