 - I parked at this location for 10 months on a monthly deal. The manager Pean runs a tight ship and his guys are all respectful of the cars and the clients. He gave me his personal number to call him directly with any issues... that's accountability. Highly recommend.

 - The online reservation worked really well. Honestly, I would have probably looked at another, closer but more expensive, spot if I had not pre-booked because I had been stuck in traffic and was rushing. I hope that you continue to allow for customers to be off for a few minutes; I was worried that my booking would have been a problem because I arrived about 30 minutes after I had planned. Also, the texting to have the car ready is a great idea!
