- I would like an explanation regarding my recent experience with attempting to park at P3, Lisbon airport. I reserved a time of 5.15 am on 24th December to park my car, but was there at about 4.30 am.There was no indication of where to scan the bar code that I received so I drove into the car park. On returning on 27th December at 20.30 it was 30 minutes later than I had originally planned so I put the ticket into the machine and was told to pay an extra 72 euro even though I had paid 32 Euro in advance at the time of booking. Why did I have to pay an extra 72 Euros? I have proof of everything that i booked and paid for. Please let me know if I should send them to you and if so to what address.
(Fortunately, there were other people at the car park who attempted to phone the number given but had no answer.) Thank you in advance for your answer. I am very concerned about this situation.
