 - Parked here. Got a PCN even though we bought a ticket and displayed. Total cowboys.

 - So I have had this too, I did pay for a ticket, but realise now I have been caught out by the 10 minute window. Now they are asking for £180. I don't plan on paying this, can anyone else tell me how this ended for them?

 - In continuation of my last entry... PLEASE NOTE: If paying a fine on their site, you may be presented with an error page after entering all card details to finalise payment. PLEASE BE WARNED they are likely to have accepted your payment despite being told on 2 separate pages that payment failed. Log out and back in again to check the 'Amount Due'. This is likely to have updated to £0.00

 - AVOID! Rating should be zero but unfortunately had to select 1 star by default. All of the above are completely accurate, with the exception of the fact that the structure accepts card payment. Perhaps they did at some point, but during Covid when cash isn't accepted anywhere, they did not. This means you have to make a mad dash to the nearest cash point, then another mad dash to a shop that sells small items to get change, to then make the mad dash back to the parking lot to pay with whatever coins you managed to get in that time, all needing to be within under 10 minutes. The amount of effort required to park here to still be fined £60 is certainly not worth it. There are other places to park in Guildford that realise it's 2020 (now 2021!) and allow you to pay with a card and/or via an app so that you can top up instead of run around Guildford trying to get change. AVOID!

 - Never use this car park. Should you not obtain a ticket within 10 mins of parking you'll receive a penalty notice by Civil Enforcement for £60 which they post 2nd class and back date to the date of the penalty. They give 14 days to pay the £60 from date of penalty which is impossible as it arrived 15 days later, they then send a penalty notice for £100 due immediately....I shan't be shopping at Debenhams again!

 - Do not ever park in this car park. I paid the correct money and ensured I returned to my car in time, but still fined. As above fine kept going up and up. Debenhams didn't want to know anything about it. A disgrace.
- S A.
 - Never park at this car park. Civil Enforcement Ltd are criminals - fined 60 pounds even though i had a valid ticket. Never shop Debenhams, as they refuse to disclose carpark owner info.
- Farnham B.
 - Do not park there ever. I have had similar experience to the above twice. You pay correct amount and still receive parking charge notice. A disgrace.
- Sue A.
 - Criminals! Never pasrk here! I got fine although I had paid. I appealed as you can imagine and before getting any response for my appeal they passed it to debt management company. From £100 to £140 and then £170!!!
- P V.
 - Civil Enforcement Ltd are criminals - As are the DVLA for selling your private contact info to them. They will fine over £100!!! I waited for a ticket for over 15 min, bringing me over the time limit depsite having a valid ticket. Never park here, Never shop Debenhams, as they refuse to disclose carpark owner info.

 - This car park is terrible. I paid for 1 hour, was less than that and now they claim that I did not and I have been served with a penalty charge notice and correspondence from a Liverpool company called Civil Enforcement Ltd who are a debt collection agency who refuse to respond to correspondence. I suspect this matter will end up in the small claims court which does not bother me as I am a lawyer. Shame on you Debenhams

 - To enter, you have to drive over the pavement with pedestrians crossing and on a bend, drive downwards into the bowels of Debenhams. It is impossible, on a busy Saturday afternoon to stop across the pavement and read all the terms and conditions. It's a pay and display car park - how complicated can it be? This is a single route car park.....down, around and out and there is a lot of congestion when people are pulling out or into spaces or waiting for a space. It took 20 minutes to park our car, then we paid for a ticket and went shopping for the 2 hours. On return to the car, firstly the car next to us was so close to our drivers door, my husband had to climb over the passenger seat to get the car out. At 58, we may not be old but not athletic at all. Then it was a repeat of cars trying to get in and out of spaces and therefore it was probably 10 minutes after the parking ticket expired when we left but we were in the car and trying to get out of this hellhole car park, with really small spaces, especially if beside a 4X4. IT'S NOT A REGULAR PAY AND DISPLAY CAR PARK - IT'S a SCAM supported by Debenhams against their customers. They are timing you from the moment you drive in until the exact minute you leave. You have 10 minutes to park your car and buy a ticket before the timing starts. It's 2 hours parking from 10 minutes after driving in, until the second you leave....the timing on the ticket is irrelevant. I'll never shop here again and return their storecard.
