- So on Thursday 23rd March at around 10 am/10.15 am I have taken my client as I am a support worker to the cafe,and was told by the member of staff there that the car park machines by the toilets are not working, I always get a parking voucher, as the nearest car park is closed due to flooding. We park in disabled bays as my client uses a wheelchair. I still used a voucher for parking but the registration keypad was having issues putting my registration in, eventually it took it, I continued to finish with using the voucher and scanning it. It showed no payment required. Now I have received a fine. This is not on and require someone to please contact myself, I have also raised this with my car auto company which I have leased my vehicle as I am also being fined £10 by Lex auto lease.... This not the first time these machines have done this.
