- Used a 20 pound note to pay for my 6 pound parking fee. No change was forthcoming! Pressed the help button and explained to the operative who answered, gave my name, address, email, mobile number to him. Was assured i would be followed up 'today or tomorrow at the latest. No contact has been made with me, (8 days later) - utterly disgusted by this lack of concern for their customers. Will make sure i don't get scammed again.
