 - The garage itself is nice and convenient, but the price is absolutely ridiculous. $25 is not just the all-day price, it is the price for any amount of time over 30 minutes. The early bird pricing used to be $12 but then they decided to make it $14 not too long ago. The garage is never, ever full and that is probably because it is too expensive. I work nearby and whenever I have clients come into town, I always guide them to a garage that is slightly farther away simply because I can not in good conscience ask someone to pay $25 for an hour of parking.

 - I lot was very easy to get too but the Parking Reserve was an issue but was quickly resolved.

 - "Daily Maximum" is, to me, misleading. Office guy told me they reset the clock at midnight so if you park overnight you get charged two days. If you think paying $42 for 19 hours (3pm to 10am) is reasonable then you can park there. Im looking for alternatives.

 - If I could give it a zero I would. I purchased a parking panda discount ticket. Unbeknownst to me until it was time for me to leave, it was a ticket for a day later (went in Thursday night. Ticket was for Friday). The parking manager was rude and racist. He refused to honor my ticket, even though he was writing everything down on paper. He had no computer in site. So, he probably entered everything the next day. His boss was extra rude. He would not personally speak to me and when he did, he would not let me communicate. The guy refused to take my tags and let me out the gate. He was not man enough to come to my car. He sent this woman security guard to tell me "He is concerned that you will ram the gate. If you don't pay by midnight you will have to pay 31.00 to get out." Then his boss said he didn't know if my ticket was fraudulent! I stayed in there for 2 hours. I ended up calling the police to document the incident. The guy falsely imprisoned me, and even if I could leave by walking home or ubering, my car would be stuck in there, all because they did not want to honor a ticket that was less than 24 hours in advance. I am filing proper paperwork with the city. Parking Panda is investigating the situation too. I have NEVER experienced such racial discrimination over a one day difference for parking! I had documentation of my event downtown and the terms and conditions of Parking Panda. Essentially it was the principal of the matter. He could've let me out.
