- It was not clear that that there is an one hour restriction -I was a customer and spent the entire 84 mins that I was parked in the B&Q store. I was very surprised to receive a parking ticket through the post. At as supermarket the time restriction is 2 hours which is a fair time to complete shopping. One hour inside a large store as B&Q is most definitely too short a time unless you know the exact product you are looking for. Some times one is stuck in a queue for 20 mins.
