- BEWARE - SCAM ALERT
I fell victim to a scam at this garage and feel the need to warn others. I parked here to visit West Elm (retail shop just above the garage) on a Saturday. I departed after 30 minutes and was charged a $55 event parking rate. I am a local and used to Boston parking and event rates. Truly there was no adequate signage indicating an event rate would apply. The rate cards posted on garage entrance and exit indicated normal rates. Manager Jonathan Aria was an absolute jerk - you can tell he is used to pulling this scam and holding customers hostage at the exit gate. I am reporting to BBB and City of Boston. As a matter of principle, I would appreciate if you take your business elsewhere. If you must park here, BEWARE OF SCAMS.
