 - Hello, I want to recognize your employee Modesto who went above and beyond to make our experience good using this garage. There was an issue with a gate not working which left him personally having to direct the cars to another entrance. In the middle of this, though, he broke away to help me with a QR code scanning issue. I was a little stressed trying to make it to an event on time, and Modesto was exceedingly kind, helpful, and professional, never begrudging. This is the exact kind of person—cool under pressure and kind to others—who you want in a customer service and/or supervising role. He is an asset to your operation. Please pass it along.  - I booked Parkwhiz through Ticketmaster for 660 Washington St Garage in Boston. I paid $15. When I arrived I was told the garage was full. We were forced to park down the street and pay $38. I have asked Ticketmaster for a refund but after a week have not received it. DO NOT BOOK WITH TICKETMASTER. Don’t book 660 WASHINGTON STREET GARAGE AS THEY WILL NOT HOLD A SPOT FOR YOU.

 - Negatives: Space is at a premium and navigating around the levels and into and out of the spaces is difficult. My car was side-swiped as it sat properly within a space, probably by a car pulling out from the other side of the lot. For this reason the review is so low. Positives: Convenient location to Theater district and Downtown area. Price is reasonable Pay Kiosks are quick and easy to use
