I was going on a cruise out of Jaxport in Jacksonville & decided to use this service through the WAY.COM booking app. I arrived 20 minutes prior to my reservation & was told by the OWNER that the rate on the app was the wrong rate & I would have to pay an additional $35 prior to them shuttling me to Jaxport. The owner continued yelling at customers on the phone & in line behind me so I reluctantly agreed to pay the additional $35 as I did not want to miss my boarding appointment. I also found out that the owner requested additional money from another customer. Upon returning from my cruise, I contacted the office number on my claim ticket after de boarding around 8:10 a.m. & the owner informed me that he does not usually send a shuttle until 9:30 a.m. but he would go ahead & send his driver.....the driver did not arrive until 9:15 after an additional call was placed to the office.
Bottom line is that if I could do it all over, I would just pay to park at the port as the total cost was only about $10 difference & would have been much less stressful.
