I have used it twice but after today's experience, I will never use it again! This parking is the worst public parking I have ever used (with a ramp only 1,75m high, very dirty, paying machine out of order etc) but I tried it again today due to its convenient location. But it turned out a nightmare! - the machine was out of order and they kept me waiting for more than half an hour asking me to pay twice and saying they had no proof I had already paid! I asked the reception at Bedford Hotel and they told me they are not responsible for the parking. I called the phone at the exit and they told me I should contact the reception at Bedford. The staff at the hotel was very rude, I had recommended this hotel in the past, I would personally give both the hotel and the parking a negative rating if this option existed, giving them one out of five is too good, given the customer service I experienced!
