 - There is scam to charge an additional $12 parking fee at midnight. So if you get there at 10pm for a movie and pay $12 and get back at 12:30 AM, you need to pay another $12 for a "new day" for a total of $24. That is such a scam. They should make the "new day" start at least a 4am to account for shows that get out at music shows and moves that get out at midnight.

 - Honestly this parking lot is terrible. If you plan on parking here for an event in the theatre district you better about an hour early. Pulling into the nearest parking entrance by your venue guarantees that you will NOT park anywhere it. Therefore you will always be forced to walk 6 to 8 blocks to get to your venue once you walk up to the ground level from the underground lot. Many times I have ended up on the other side of a building from my venue and, due to the completely unorganized and confusing underground workings of this parking garage, it is easy to be completely disoriented once reaching the surface. In short, you will need a lot of time to find your way around town once this garage forces you park blocks away from where you want to be. Also, the workers here could care less about the patrons and treat the customers like they aren't even there. I am yet to have a good experience with anyone who works here, especially the snooty manager who was rude and reluctant to give me a $10 refund when my event was sold out. My car hadn't been parked more than 5 minutes and the sign says "free parking for under 10 minutes" yet the manager felt I was at fault for wanting a refund. I will never park here again. Rude, confusing, and inconvenient.
