 - This is the most poorly operated garage in Harris County. At rush hour, the exit can back up for over an hour. The sensors for contract parking never work. The staff is rude.

 - How do I pay for a reserve parking contract in the garage? I've been trying to reserve a spot/contract for years and has not heard from anyone in regards to contract parking. I see that there are several parking spaces that are not being used.
