- WELLINGTON ST CAR PARK ,WELL WHAT CAN I SAY,IM A BLUE BADGE HOLDER,SO WHEN PULLED INTO CAR PARK EXPECTED NO CHARGE,HOW WRONG I WAS .SO FINDS A PARKING SPOT(ALL DISABLED FULL)HEADS TO MACHINE TO PAY ,LUCKILY I HAD CHANGE.....NO I HAVE TO PAY BY PHONE OR CARD,PAYS FOR 2 HOURS,WHICH IS USUALLY ENOUGH FOR ME,SO AFTER 3 ATTEMPTS TO PUT CORRECT CAR REGISTRATION IN(AND THE QUE GETTING BIGGER)AND GETTING A PRINTED RECEIPT,WHICH IV LOST,LUCKILY ITS ON MY BANK STATEMENT,2 HOURS LATER GOES BACK ,NOT ENOUGHT TIME TO DO WHAT I HAVE TO DO SO TRY GETTING ANOTHER TICKET,NO WHERE DID I SEE A 2 HOUR LIMIT ON PARKING,SO IN GOES MY CARD FOR ANOTHER TICKET ,OH DEAR ...NOT ENOUGHT FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT TO PAY,SO MY FRIEND PAYS WITH HIS CARD(THANK YOU LEE)ME THINKING ID ANOTHER 2 HOURS PARKING WENT AND FINISHED MY BUSINESS,WELL I DIDNT USE MY 2 HOURS UP......1 HOUR AND 18 MINUTES,WHERE I LEFT DEFLATED AT MY PARKING EXPERIENCE. IMAGINE MY SURPRISE WHEN I RECEIVED A PARKING NOTICE FINE IN THE POST,WITH 2 PICTURES OF MY CAR ....IN AND OUT OF CAR PARK,BUT NO PICTURES OF ME ACTUALLY PAYING FOR MY TICKETS...HOW MANY MORE PEOPLE,DISABLED OR NOT HAVE BEEN "MISLED" BY THIS COMPANY,I WILL BE CONTESTING THIS PARKING FINE,.....I AWAIT A RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES TEAM
