The Foreman Centre

 - Clearly a scam company that relies on people not wanting the bother of going to court. I arrived, tried to register on the app but wouldn't get pass the address page. Assumed it might be a phone signal issue. Had no change so went into local shop to buy one thing to break a £20 note. Stuck in a queue for 8 minutes. Purchased ticket. Left 30 minutes before expiry time. Got sent a fine for not purchasing ticket within 15 minutes of arrival. Appeal with Popla unsuccessful. Noone to talk to at any stage of the process. Unfair on all the local businesses as people avoiding the high street.

 - If you're planning to stay between 6pm and 8am make sure you bring cash. The night charge isn't an option on the app. I paid £1.50 for two hours parking instead of the £1 for the night and ended up with a £100 fine
