 - Booked this lot thru spothero. When I arrived they told me they were full even though I showed them my reservation. Left me scrambling for parking right before a show at MSG. Attendants weren't helpful. Will not use this garage again.

 - Absolutely the worst experience I ever had in a NYC garage. Waited close to an hour to get my car..Will never ever park there again..They are not equipped to handle volume. If you are going to MSG beware you are in for a long wait.. STAY AWAY...
