 - I got charged twice on my credit card for parking overnight. There is no customer service. Pricing on the website is different from the pricing on the location.

 - If zero stars were available, I would choose that. The online pricing is not even close to right. $20 versus $32 shown and $34.?? I got charged. No one can figure out how to get an overnight parking spot. This is my fourth try. Customer service is useless- they tell you to select the overnight option that literally doesn’t exist on the menu.

 - This garage is terrible. Stayed one night, was surprised they made me pay up front. No big deal, I pay it and wait for a ticket. No ticket, they say your card you paid is your ticket. The next day I go to leave and it says it doesn’t recognize my card as an exit ticket. Oh no? Do you recognize this charge on my card?! So the only way it will let me out is to say I lost my card and pay another $40!!! So now I’m out $70 for less than 15 hours of parking.

 - Only 1 entrance in and 2 elevators which currently are out of service. 1 elevator been out of service for over 2 months and now has caused the 1 working elevator to be out of service. Proper functionality of even 1 elevator is sporadic. The additional income received from the business of the hotel across the street you'do think would give Towne Park enough income to fix their elevators at the Rand Garage

 - Same issue. Non-working machine at entrance but how are you supposed to know that? I will dispute the $37+ charge (although there is no way of knowing this when you exit) with Mastercard.

 - This parking garage does NOT have a working contact number. I cannot recommend this place. I put my debit card in and did NOT get a ticket back. I had to put my debit card in again and did not get a ticket back on Exit. I have an initial charge in process of $39 for under 3 hours of parking. First, get a working phone number. Second, expect people to be upset when your system fails. I should only be charged $11 for this parking location.

 - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PARKING GARAGE CREDIT CARD ONLY. I PARKED FOR 2 1/2 HOURS. THEY SHARGED MY CARD $37.89. POSTED PRICE $6.00. I AM DISPUTING THIS CHARGE WITH MY BANK.

 - I paid for a parking voucher with LiveNation. They had to remotely open the gate for me just to get in the garage. And when I tried to leave, the voucher code didn't work and I was told I would have to be charged $37 for a "lost ticket"!! I will tell everyone I know to avoid this garage like the plague. Apparently, this is an on-going issue that hasn't been addressed and probably won't be.

 - not only is the place hard to get in and out of (not to mention treacherous turning radii), but it's dark, and generally a dump. they are scam artists and I would steer clear of this place forever.
