 - ALL of the taff was very very rude! They don't seem to like their job and looked miserable! My parking was prepaid and when I came to pick up my car. They told me to pay $15. So I asked why and they just said because it's big. When I asked for some ore details as to what is the size for an oversized vehicle. They just screamed YOU MUST PAY!!! and cut me off with my questions. I cannot believe how they treated women drivers. If they are having a bad day and does not know how to control their anger then they should not be working in this kind of job where ther have to deal with customers. Attention to the management: That tall person's attitide is unacceptable. I would like to file a complaint for him screaming and threatening me!! I am scared of him. He shuold not be working in a customer service job. What a disgrace to the parking gatrage business in NYC! To people parking at 20th street, do your self a favor and don't park at this facility unless they cahnge the staff.

 - Booked a reserved spot at this garage, arrived on time, and they kept us waiting 10 minutes, only to say they were booked and we would have to wait 15 minutes. Staff was also rude and cut me off before letting me speak.

 - The garage has a sign stating Weekend Special $14.36 plus tax. Duration: Any Hrs. Exit by: 1am. We also asked the clerk how much from 11am to 3pm and he stated $14.36 plus tax. We were charged $28 and the clerk threaten us. He stated that if we didn't pay, we would not get our car. Even though I had paid the $28. Very rude workers! The sign needs to be removed, it is false advertisement!!!
