- Several handicap spaces on terrace level were blocked by traffic pylons. Found an available handicap space that was higher up but did not have level access to take wheelchair to doc appointment in attached bldg. Had to exit the deck beneath gate in wheelchair- the same as exiting cars. From Google map, i noticed a handicap parking space on the top floor but didn’t see an elevator to take back down. However, space was well lit and clean.
