 - SCAM!!!! Don't park here!!!! Made a reservation and they didn't honor it. My payment went through and they told me I couldn't park here even though I made a reservation!!!! They will take your money! stay far away from this parking garage.

 - They refused to honor a reservation I had made two full days before. When I arrived, the attendant just shrugged and walked away. Zero accountability. Take your business anywhere else.

 - Worst garage ever. Will damage your car and never take responsibility.

 - Beware of this garage. I parked overnight and when I got my car back, there was a huge scratch on the side of my car. When I pointed this out, the parking attendant claimed that it was there already and basically shrugged his shoulders. I should have insisted on filing a report then and there but he said that the manager was not there until the next day. When I returned, I was told that I should have filed a report before I left the garage. That is some serious misdirection. Clearly, they just wanted the problem to go away. This is a completely dishonest way to conduct business. If I had a way, I would give them zero stars.
