- I was meeting a friend for dinner and drinks and I said I’ll be back to get my car in 4 hrs. I ended up retrieving my car after 2 hours, because my friend had car trouble and could do longer meet me for dinner.…When I went to pick up my car, one of the gentlemen yelled at me saying, “you said four hours!“ it was in a very hostile tone, and it was actually scary..It made me upset because I am a paying customer, and I did not pay $40 bucks to get cussed out. I’m also a single woman. He was so aggressive, that I felt as though, I couldn’t even defend myself in fear that he would be passive aggressive in handling my vehicle…I KNOW that I am not the only customer in the history of their business, who had to retrieve their vehicle earlier than anticipated…..He spoke to me with such disrespect, but he was sure to have tons of self control around the white patrons. I will never use their services again, and I highly advise that others don’t either. If you are not the “right color” they will treat you like shit.
