 - I strongly recommend finding another place to park. I've parked here twice. The first time entry went fine, but trying to exit late at night I was stuck, along with other exiting cars, because none of the machines seemed to be working. The second time the entrance machines didn't work. I pressed the help button and was told to pull backward and forward, which I did several times, to attempt to get the machine to work. That didn't happen, so I had to pull back and switch to a different lane-and while doing that my wheel hit the curb and I got a flat tire. Then, to top it all off, when exiting after my trip the machine didn't print a receipt, which I need. The van drivers were really nice, and the manager who helped me eventually get a receipt was kind. The two stars are for them being great. But I won't park here again unless there's nowhere else to go.

 - I was torn between a 1 and 3 rating. The entire process from getting the online reservation, entering the lot, getting the shuttle bus to the airport and back to the lot at the end of our trip was efficient and timely! Unfortunately, the perfect solution to the airport parking ended at the EXIT GATE. We could not get the exit machine to identify our QR code. After a frustrating 20-30 minute wait and conversation with an employee at the gate, we resorted to called 911. As soon as the College Park police arrived, the exit gate opened!

 - you have to make the exit process work. my QR code never lets me out and I am there almost 3 times a month. I end up waiting for 15 mins to get out. YOU HAVE TO FIX THIS.

 - The last two times I used the Sullivan Rd Select lot, with a reservation, I encountered 20 minute delays trying to exit the lot. Good luck trying to call ATL parking and explaining this problem. I fully expect this problem to continue. Aside from inability to escape it is a great facility! ATL Shuttle drivers are excellent.

 - My flight was an hour late and I arrived at the waiting area around midnight. We (a whole group) waited there until 12:50 am for the bus - almost an hour. DON'T DO IT. It was NOT WORTH parking in the ATLselect lot. If I had parked in the closer lot, I could have just walked to my car. I had 2 kids with me who I thought would enjoy the bus. NOT WORTH IT. We called the number on the ticket multiple times - the sound was bad and very hard to hear above the noise, but generally we were told to keep waiting because someone was coming eventually. Don't be like us - stuck in the cold for an hour after midnight! Pick a self-service lot.

 - Well now called select and only by reservation except you can't make a reservation for this lot as it is closed. Company running the lot does not have enough shuttles to service it, so they closed this brand-new lot with covered parking. This was my favorite parking at ATL! Gave 1 star due to it being closed and no reservation method. would have given 5 if open!
