 - So the site says $6.99/day, but the actual rate is $13.99/day when you reserve?!

 - It was the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a small business. We arrived at the airport at 2:15 PM We called the number to be picked up, I was asked what our ticket said. We were gone over two weeks, the ticket was inside the car. He rudely told me I needed it, and not to call back until we were outside in the pick up area outside. We called 13 times and it would go to voice mail. Finally a driver from Holiday Inn had seen us waiting for over an hour, and was kind enough to drop us off at the parking lot, by then it was 3:45! Three men were lounging in the booth, made no move to help my 70 yr. old husband to lift the suitcases in the car. I made my way to the booth, and noticed the van outside, and they said I called the wrong number. On the way home, I called the same number, they answered. I prepaid over$122.  - My only complaint is the shuttle does not drop you off at the airline entrance. You get dropped off at the Skywalk then have to walk to the terminal from there. This is very inconvenient. This was especially true on our return as we came back with a large box that we had to try to maneuver along with our suitcases. I will most likely be looking for another service that delivers you right to the airline door.

 - The reservation process was fine. My only comment was where I was dropped off and picked up. At baggage claim there were signs that directly lead me to “shuttles, taxi, etc.” The door was right there; you could see shuttles and taxis driving by. When I called to tell them the plane had landed – (why they didn’t know was beyond me, it doesn’t take that long to look it up), I was instructed to go to where I was dropped off (at the beginning of my trip). This meant taking three “up” escalators”, walking approximately ¼ of a mile, then take an elevator down to a deserted area. It was just me and my daughter for 5-10 minutes. We did not feel safe at all. The van had no markings on it that it was from Value Parking – the attendant just stated “Value Parking” I am sorry to say that the next time I travel I will not be parking with you. I need a company that has my convenience and safety in mind.

 - We had trouble finding the lot so better signage would help. The attendant/driver was very nice and professional. We were disappointed the service dropped usat the back of a garage to use the moving sidewalk which is very far from the terminal instead of at the airport departure area and think is just terrible the airport doesn't allow you to do that. When we returned to Prov. I walked over to your lot to retrieve my car and drove it back to pick up my wife with our bags. We wish you every success in your new venture and will consider using you again in the future. Thank you.

 - We had a good experience no problems at all staff was friendly and helpful.very convenient and close to the airport on return my car was ready started and for our return home. We will definitely use this service again and highly recommend it to our friends and family.

 - I have utilized their service many times during the past several years. Imagine my surprise when I was informed that they no longer transport to the airport terminal, due to a contract dispute with the airport. There is no indication of this on their website, and our options were limited at a 5 am check in. When I spoke to the "manager," Victor, about this, he was rude and un-apologetic. We are done with best value/payless. There are too many other options for parking and shuttle service.
