- It was the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a small business. We arrived at the airport at 2:15 PM We called the number to be picked up, I was asked what our ticket said. We were gone over two weeks, the ticket was inside the car. He rudely told me I needed it, and not to call back until we were outside in the pick up area outside. We called 13 times and it would go to voice mail. Finally a driver from Holiday Inn had seen us waiting for over an hour, and was kind enough to drop us off at the parking lot, by then it was 3:45! Three men were lounging in the booth, made no move to help my 70 yr. old husband to lift the suitcases in the car. I made my way to the booth, and noticed the van outside, and they said I called the wrong number. On the way home, I called the same number, they answered. I prepaid over$122.
