 - FALSE ADVERTISING...... PARK LESS THAN 24 HOURS COST IS $36 NOT $25 AS STATED ON SIGN. CHANGE THE SIGNS. WOULD HAVE BEEN CHEAPER TO HAVE VALET PARKING FROM HOTEL WITH IN/OUT PRIVILEGES!!! NEVER PARK THERE AGAIN SHOULD GET NO STARS...BUT NOT AN OPTION

 - Great place to go if you enjoy getting your windows smashed in and property stolen out of your car. If you don't enjoy those things, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

 - I parked in the garage for 12 minutes, $2.00 fee. The man in front of me was having issues when trying to pay, after going back & forth with the assistance people, they let him through. Then when I went to pay it wasn't working either. I called for assistance, as I had to pick up my niece & was running late because the delay from the man in front of me. The woman said she coolant do anything & the maintenance person would be there in 30 minutes.. there was a trail of cars behind me, when I got upset, she HUNG UP ON ME. I called again, and the woman told me I needed to walk to the lobby to pay- leaving my car and everything in it. Instead of letting me go through, as they did for the man prior. For a TWO DOLLAR TICKET. This was completely unacceptable, and I will never use this garage and will notify all my friends, coworkers, & family ( who frequent downtown often ) to never use this garage again.

 - The signs said to pay at the walk-up pay station, or else you would be charged an extra dollar. The machine was not working, yet I was still charged an extra dollar when I paid on my way out.

 - I was charged twice by this garage. I paid at the pay station on the ground floor and then the exit machine said I owed money. The attendant clearly had no idea what he was doing. He told me to give him my credit card so he could go over to the machine on the other side of the garage. No thank you. He kept telling me my card wasn't being accepted even though that clearly wasn't the issue. I now have charges on two separate cards due to Rashawn C.'s incompetence.

 - I tried to use the reserved parking advertised all over the place in the garage. It was a waste of effort and money. 1) I couldn't get in because the garage was full, even though my space was supposed to be reserved. 2) The parking attendant knew nothing about "Click And Park" even though there was a big sign on the wall right in front of him. 3) I tried to contact "Click and Park" customer service and even after several attempts they have not responded.
