 - This location was not safe , when I parking on 02/06/2022 Sunday night . They have no one security on floor . It happens on my car. My car drive’s door and left door window someone smashed to my car . I feel sads, I always parked in here . I feel before here are very safe . But now I don’t think so … no one care about what happens on mine . I called police to come check my car .. but inside no one work security person in these… even inside they don’t care .. when I come to pick up my car in afternoon. I said I happens it things . They don’t know . I asked them do they have cameras, they said even you asks security they will not give you to see … I feel very sadness… no one cares….I paid by myself… lol

 - my car's side mirror glass was stolen in this parking lot, and the office of parking couldn't do nothing, no camera recording, no securities. Such bad experience, not recommended.

 - I am rating my experience with the attendant at the exit of 40th Road, she wears glasses and wearing drags. I have one of those tickets that didn't print entering time. She first sent me and my family to the second floor to fix it, I had to back up in the narrowest place to turn around. After we paid, we got the ticket validated, we went back to the same exit. She still wouldn't let us out and she called us STUPID ASS in Spanish. The other side of the radio said we paid but she insisted on us obtaining the receipt. At that point, I refused to go back up to the second floor and it turned into a shouting match, I don't think it is worth to get angry over but for someone curses at us while customer service should be #1. She treated us like thieves over $3! Unacceptable, I hope management will take action to discipline that kind of behavior! Took us 15 mins and for her to give me grief...

 - Hi- Today 09/30/2018 I have experienced the worst customer service ever. I have been a skiview center customer since it opened but after today experience i dont think i will ever come back. We came to shop at bjs place at 4pm and by 5:10 we were ready to go out. Our parking ticket was not able to get validated because of their machine. So, the cashier asked us to just show the receipt to the security guy and they will let us go, it didnt happened that way. The hispanic guy responsible for the parking exit on the bjs level forced us to paid the $3 and even thread us of calling his guy to give us a $150 fine for making traffic. He didnt give us any other options to solve the problem. We were explaining to him that we were just following instructions from Bjs regarding the parking validation and even showed him the receipt with the date and time we made the purchase. We strongly believe that this person pocketed the parking fee that we were forced to pay and will not ever report it to the company! Please be aware of this type or workers and I urge you to make changes to management team.

 - Accidentally came to the wrong parking lot, wasn't there for 1 minute. They wouldn't let me leave until I paid 3 dollars for 1 minute of going in and out the lot.

 - In a timeframe of two minutes I entered and left the Skyview garage parking because my pregnant wife started to feel sick. And I was so surprised that I have to pay $3 for these two minutes, just like I would be there for 3 hours. Even an airport's parking lot will not charge you if you will exit in 5-10 minutes. The traffic parking violation will dismiss you ticket fee if you fed the parking meter in next 5 minutes. But you guys charged $3 for two minutes, it's $90 In an hour. I'm not making $90/hr. I even got the receipt for this nonsense. You guys suck

 - Absolutely horrible traffic. You have nerve to charge people to park in this horrible mall in order for them to spend money in the stores. It was "acceptable" at one time when you got 3 hours free, and I could make a quick purchase or 2. I will never shop at Skyview ever again and their merchants did not get any of my money this Christmas. Sorry guys.
