- I am rating my experience with the attendant at the exit of 40th Road, she wears glasses and wearing drags. I have one of those tickets that didn't print entering time. She first sent me and my family to the second floor to fix it, I had to back up in the narrowest place to turn around. After we paid, we got the ticket validated, we went back to the same exit. She still wouldn't let us out and she called us STUPID ASS in Spanish. The other side of the radio said we paid but she insisted on us obtaining the receipt. At that point, I refused to go back up to the second floor and it turned into a shouting match, I don't think it is worth to get angry over but for someone curses at us while customer service should be #1. She treated us like thieves over $3! Unacceptable, I hope management will take action to discipline that kind of behavior! Took us 15 mins and for her to give me grief...
