- On 6/22/18 I was charged more than the advertised rate. I asked for a receipt and was told to write whatever price I want on the claim check.
When I returned to my vehicle, the time was reset to 12:10 am and the miles to empty was showing---. This means the battery was disconnected within the last 10 minutes. When I looked under the hood the red cover for the + battery terminal was off and laying off to the side of the engine compartment. When I asked the attendant about this he claimed ignorance and said call the number on my claim check.
Overall impression is that this place is shady at best. Fortunately my car still works ok.
