- I come to this lot once a month. Before the employee mato started I had no issues parking here. Although my stay would be a maximum of 4.5 hours and I was still charged the 24hour rate I still would come here as it is exactly 2 doors down from where I visit. Since last month Mato has been refusing to allow me to park even when the lot is not full. He will make an excuse of the empty parks being for monthly people however when I drive past after my visit the parks are still open. When asked if I can just sign up for monthly, he tells me monthly passes are closed for the next year. Today I came to park and he was there with the same information when I drove away (and found parking for free across the street) I saw another out of NY state vehicle like mine enter the lot and mato parked their car. I feel this should be known so that this issue does not happen again.
