- Car was damaged during my visit. Parking company claimed they could not investigate the issue because the damage was discovered and reported when I stopped for gas on my return trip. Parking supv stated videos would be reviewed as part of their investigation. You have to take pictures of your car and make them sign a waiver to accept responsibility for your car while it's in their possession. Worst valet experience ever!
