- I have season tickets at the REP and use your parking facility often for convenience and safety. I either purchase my parking prior to my performance or take my ticket upon entering. My most recent visit, (Dec 23rd) I entered, pressed the button for my ticket, none came out, but the gate opened. Of note the car in front of me seemed to be having issues as well. After my performance I was prepared to pay the full fee without ticket upon exiting. I came to the gate and there were 2 individuals, a young woman and older man. I explained that I was not issued my ticket upon entering despite having pressed the button and he yelled "that's bulls--t" at me and then after making me feel like some kind of major felon just let me go. I probably wouldn't have even taken time to write this, but my 2 young granddaughters were in the car with me and they wanted to know why "that man was so mean, doesn't he know it's Christmas" I think that this was very inappropriate behavior on his part, I understand that I had no ticket through no fault of mine and was willing to pay whatever fee I needed to I didn't expect to park free. Perhaps some further coaching on how to just be kind or at least civil when there is a glitch in YOUR system is in order. I will continue to use the lot, again for ease and safety in getting to the theater, but this certainly did not leave me with a very favorable view of your business or its employee. Of note, the young lady at the gate with him was very kind.
