Queen Village

 - Worst experience possible. These guys suddenly decide to impose hang tags and ticket their own registered customers because they are away on vacation. They refuse to send their renewal tags by mail and force you to come to their lousy parking lot during Xmas break so that your car is not towed.

 - Great place with lots of space but it's easy to get trapped in or locked out because the entrance barrier doesn't always work, forcing people to break it so cars can enter and/or escape. It needs fixing, and it would be great to know what to do when it won't respond to your card other than to make a beep and show a green light. Does calling help? There isn't always time when you're trying to get to work!
