- I use to park in the ramp for any event I came to in that area. The price was reasonable at $12 and then it went up to $15 which was fine. Now, event parking is $30!!! This is one of the reasons why downtown Minneapolis is not visited as much. Need to keep the parking prices back down so money can be used to support businesses in the downtown area.

- Called the number to complain about the wait time to leave the ramp. The person who answered the phone said he doesnt run the ramp anymore and would not be able to help me figure out what the issue is. Turns out no one is running the ramp at night!

- The phone number is not correct. Called last evening and gentleman on the other end just said he could not help me because he does not run the ramp anymore.
