 - In my PAST experiences this has been a GREAT facility. Reasonably priced. Runs 3 or 4 levels deep with side stairways up to the main street level. First, most difficult can be finding a place ( may have to go to the bottom). Second, is the lines getting out as everyone feels their time is more important that yours & will cut in / out of the lines. ** If everyone is patient & considerate of others... we ALL will get in & out easily.

 - This is the most ridiculous parking garage. There is no signs showing its kc live. its hard to find. traffic is horrible. Paid on line to park there and can't find it. Parked in another garage 1 block over for 20 dollars compared to 50 for this stupid place. Police has the entranced blocked getting to it. Never buy parking for this stupid garage.

 - I'm tired of parking in this lot and having the validation not read properly so I get overcharged. This has happened the last 3 times I have parked there.

 - I am a monthly paying customer at the KC live garage in downtown Kansas City. 1-3 times each week the police have the only accessible street blocked off due to concerts or high volume foot traffic. Most of the time the employees will let me park in the Constentino's garage down the street since I am paying $70 a month and access was advertised 24/7. Today the employee tells me it will be a $25 charge to let my car out when I spoke to another employee last night and she told me I would be fine to park overnight since the garage I pay for was inaccessible. My car is currently still parked in the Constantino's garage and will remain there until this issue is solved. This is an unprofessional way of doing business and I will no longer be involved after the end of the month.
