- After parking for several years with payments sent to them directly by Wageworks, they decided they did not know what to do with the payment. Instead of calling me they sent the check back to Wageworks. And because of this they charged fee a late charge. Also, if there is a rate increase there is no notification of such. The way you find out is they charge you a late charge and when you don't pay the late charge that you're not aware of they cancel your parking pass. Interesting way to notify your customers.

- Why does the lot say "FULL" when it is 75% empty? Why is there a sign saying $20 on big event days but there is no one there to take your money and actually park? Why is there no way to take a ticket and park on big event days? Poorly run lot by the City of St. Louis, no wonder the City is broke.

- Nobody mans the general exit gate, which is left wide open after 8. There is also nowhere to insert your ticket, and of course nobody to hand it to along with your money. It is very confusing, and I'm sure unintentional, but you may get free parking if you leave after 8 pm.

- February 2015 My vehicle and several other vehicles were vandalized on the same morning/night. My vehicle was parked right by the office with cameras visible. I talked to the worker and all I got was a card to contact the police. Ever since, I've seen glass on the ground and cars being broken into. I have to believe the staff is doing it or the camera's are fake. Either way, its sad and the parking rates went up to $80 per month.

- I would normally never review something like a parking garage, but time after time the folks at this garage deliver. The staff are incredibly friendly and every time I have an issue with something they do a great job rectifying the situation. They do a good job keeping up the garage and even worked with me when I went on maternity leave for 2 months and didn't want to pay to not park there. They now take credit cards for monthly payment too. Great garage and I always feel safer parking there when workers are always around.

- Obviously its just a parking garage, but I have to say I highly recommend this place because the people that work in the garage are incredibly friendly and helpful. They are efficient and are very good at explaining the terms of the deal...it may seem like a simple task, but think of all the times you have had to deal with some frustrating worker who was confusing...these guys are the opposite. Go Cupples!
