- If you're catching a shuttle to Red Rocks (or anywhere else) before 6:00, DO NOT PARK HERE! Don't be deceived by the sign that says price start at $3. That's only for 15 minutes. The total fee for the night was ($50). If you get there before 6:00pm, the night rate never kicks in. Total rip off.

- A man grabbed my parking ticket as I was trying to enter. The door would then not shut until someone pulled forward in order to get a new ticket. I pulled forward, and called for assistance about my non-existing ticket. I was offered no assistance and charged 96.00 lost ticket fee to exit with my car.

- Users beware! This garage is very expensive! There is no signage showing rates until it’s too late and the sign out front says $3, but customers are charged $40-96 for less than 5 hours on a Friday night!

- I agree with reviews. This place is a RIP-OFF. The sign out front say $40 for 24 hrs parking. Don't be fooled like I was. We parked at 3:00 pm on July 3 and departed at 11:45 July 4. The bill was $56. How does less than 24 hrs of parking equal more than $40. I'm doing all I can to find out but will be luck to get to the bottom of it. Not sure is all the parking garages are the same in Denver but I'll suspect they are. RIP CITY!!! Oh, the 1 start rating about is -1 in my book.

- Paid $15, evening price, on my credit card. There was a sign that said to take your ticket. Well, you need that ticket to get into the doors to the parking lot and get your car out of the complex. I had put my ticket in a bag I gave to a friend who left the premises. When I went to go out of the complex the bar wouldn't lift for me to get out. I needed my ticket to get OUT of the garage. I called for assistance (with the assist button) and got a nasty lady who told me it would cost me $96 to get out. I explained that I had already paid and she said too bad and hung up on me. When I tried to call back, it rang for 3 minutes and no one answered. I had 4 cars behind me and unable to get out so I called 911. I explained my situation and the dispatcher suggested I back out so the others could get out, which I did. Luckily, I was able to get out behind one of those vehicles. The assistant was not helpful at all, didn't even know I had to pay to get into the structure and didn't need to pay to get out (the machine didn't have a place to pay). She was not helpful at all and just kept saying it would cost me $96. Additionally, $15 is way over priced for parking during the week in downtown Denver, total ripoff!

- The payment system makes no sense and everything is misleading. Checked my statement first thing next morning and saw I was overcharged. Have to send email in hopes of getting refund. Pretty upset.

- No stars, period. This parking service charges deceptive and misleading rates. Saw $3 on the sign leading into the garage and assumed it would be $3 / hr. NO! Now they claim it's $3 per 15 minutes. Total garbage. I will dispute the charge on the basis of deceptive and misleading advertising.
