- The signage in this parking lot is extremely confusing. First of all, the lot is divided into two sections with different parking rules. Second, the signs posted inside the lot do NOT make it clear that anyone (including non-Miami Beach residents) can park in this lot for 3 hours any day of the week. Third, it is not clear from the signs inside the lot that residents with Zones 2 and 3 parking permits can park in this lot overnight (beginning at either 9 pm or 10 pm, depending on which side of the lot you are in).
Could someone please design signs that make the rules clear? The two signs posted at the entrance to the park on 11th Street are a tiny bit clearer since they divide the three main points instead of running them all together as on the signs inside the lot.
