- WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Daughter had her first day of work in downtown Walnut Creek. She drove up to the parking garage and the arm was up. She pushed the button for a ticket, but none was given. She parked her car and went to work. When she returned, she was not able to exit the lot. She called and spoke to an operator who said they would help her. No one told her what to do. I went down to try and help her, and I too tried to call the operator. It rang for over 15+ minutes, with no one ever answering. ABSOLUTELY RIDUCULOUS. I ended up having to pay $30 for a ticket so she could exit the lot. What a traumatic experience for a teen. I'm so disgusted and disappointed.
